Born in Thailand, Anna started working in restaurant kitchens at the age
of 13 years. Her passion is bringing joy with food. Her dishes are
cooked with minimal chili until you ask otherwise. She can offer
vegetarian alternatives on request. Zero chili also possible. For more
adventure it is often interesting to ask her what she has already
prepared. This can often be off menu.
